Refund Policy

Because our products are digital downloads, all sales are generally final once the texture pack has been downloaded.

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your Dashboard. Upon cancellation:

• You will not be charged for the next billing cycle.
• You will retain access to your plan's download limits until the end of your current paid period.
• We do not issue prorated refunds for the remaining days of the current month.

We will issue a full refund ONLY in the following scenarios:

• Duplicate Charge: You were accidentally billed twice within the same cycle.
• Unauthorized Charge: Someone used your card without your permission.
• Technical Failure: The platform was completely broken and you could not download anything.

If you believe you qualify for a refund, please submit a ticket via the Support page within 7 days of the charge.
